rule 58. Point of commencement of supply- The point of commencement of supply of energy to a consumer shall be deemed to be the point at the incoming terminal of the cut-outs installed by the consumer under rule 50.
Annexure VI . Part-1 - Clause(6) The main cut-outs or fuses shall be inserted and sealed by the licensee free of cost to the consumer.
Always it is advisable to provide the Cut Out Fuse before Energy Meter and got sealed by KSEB. It is applicable even in the case of Metering Panels of the Multistoried Building Apartments.

i didnt see the kseb's cutout before the energy meter,
after the enegy meter, cutout and neutral link is there,
then main switch or breaker.
Is ELCB install after the cutout or after the main switch,?
also which earth system we follwed??
i mean in the classification of earth system, TN,TT,IT,
Is neutral be earthed under consumer premises ??
